Trebbiano, Malvasia del Chianti and Chardonnay: this is the blend of the deep yellow Bianco Toscano IGT. Very delicate but intense aroma with noticeable fruity notes. Pleasant flavour with acidic notes that add zest and enhance the feel on the palate.
Calamassi Rosso Toscano is a lively ruby red wine. The fragrance is pleasant, fruity, with notes of morello cherry given by the prevalence of Sangiovese grapes. Balanced, winy flavour with good persistence.
In this package we wanted to bring together the three Chianti Classico D.O.C.G. Clemente VII to represent the evolutionary scale of this wine in its three expressions of Sangiovese in purity.
The Chianti Classico D.O.C.G. Clemente VII, with its ruby red color and hints of berries well integrated with the sweet spiciness. Chianti Classico D.O.C.G. Clemente VII Reserve, where the longer aging period gives greater complexity and structure. Finally, the Chianti Classico D.O.C.G. Gran Selection Clemente VII, large, deep and complex, with a persistence of ripe fruit and sweet spices.

Our Amaro Castelgreve comes from a careful infusion of botanicals, most of them found in our characteristic landscape of Chianti.
In taste, it shows intense bitter notes of gentian, rhubarb, and absinthe. Elegant with lingering citrus notes. Complex with a finish of persistent bitter notes, pleasant and full on the palate.
Intense ruby red, with purple hues. The great structure and body of this wine are the typical expression of the Bolgheri area. At the nose the varietal notes of Cabernet Sauvignon come out, enveloped by the fruity and warmer ones of Merlot, in a perfect harmony.
Made with perfectly healthy Sangiovese grapes and harvested exclusively by hand. This natural wine without added sulfites, comes from vineyards located in areas with cooler and deeper soils: where a good vegetation protects from direct contact with the sun's rays. The bunches are pressed in a very soft way, leaving a part of the berries intact to favor the formation of fruity notes in particular of ripe red fruit. The color is a lively, intense ruby red with a slight purplish nuance of new wine. The scent is dominated by notes of ripe red fruit and berries. The taste has a high freshness and vinosity with a beautiful drinkability.
Gin Castelgreve comes from a combination of traditional gin botanicals and tuscan botanicals carefully selected, growing since centuries in the amazing Chianti region.
In the mouth you can easily feel the fine resinous note of tuscan juniper, followed by a marked citrus note given by the traditional florentine lemon “Femminello” and sweet orange peel.
The bouquet is spicy, caressed by balck pepper and elegant mediterranean nuances of thyme and sage.

In tasting, you can immediately perceive the fine bitter note of absinthe, China and Genziana, followed by a strong citrus note conferred by the lemon zest of Femminello Fiorentino (Citrus Florentina), a typical plant cultivated in Tuscany since the 16th century by the Medici family which we often find in the Florentine countryside and in the Boboli gardens.
